Zehner, the Los Angeles-based creative digital agency, announced today it has expanded its leadership team with the hires of a Director of Commerce Strategy and Advisor. The independent agency also promoted Masha Agapov to serve as its Creative Director, and Sukh Sidhu to the role of VP, Business Development & Strategic Alliances.
Tino Doan joins as Director of Commerce Strategy and Edwin Chang arrives as an Advisor. Founded in 2009, Zehner experienced 215+% three-year growth and expects to grow by 50% this year. Work for high profile brands in fashion, lifestyle, and CPG brands includes Nuun, BH Cosmetics, Sun Bum, Outerknown, and Only Natural Pet.

We grew 50%, partnered with high-profile clients, and expanded our internal team,” said Matthew Zehner, CEO and Founder of Zehner. “We welcomed Tino Doan as Director of Commerce Strategy, who will help our client's define their upfront ecommerce toolset, as well as their post-launch digital roadmap. His approach to commerce strategy will cover two key areas: digital marketing strategy and conversion rate optimization—with the intent to generate growth and outperform KPIs. Edwin Chang, who joined us as a Strategic Advisor, will provide advice on Zehner’s strategic and technology roadmaps, along with enterprise architecture and organizational structure.”
Tino Doan arrives at the agency following nearly four years as director of ecommerce at Outerknown. Before that, Doan spent over four years at Kellwood Company, serving as director of digital marketing, where he led customer acquisition and retention strategies for apparel brands including Vince and Rebecca Taylor.

Edwin Chang joins Zehner as an advisor with over 20 years experience in commerce. Before joining Zehner, Edwin served as Chief Information Officer at Fashion Nova. He has collaborated on multichannel operations for brands including ShoeDazzle and Internet Brands.
Sukh Sidhu has helped map out Zehner's growing commerce division, which now calls 25-plus companies partners. Sukh was previously Director of Global Alliances at Mobify.
Masha Agapov has been with Zehner for over four years and will report to Mick McCarthy, Chief Design Officer. Prior to Zehner, she was a Senior Designer at Eat.Sleep.Work., Inc., and Designer at Ignition Creative.
