Retail Benefits, a New York based startup was looking to create a unique rewards platform for small businesses, big businesses and non-profits alike to attract and retain customers, reward employees, and transform the way non-profits fundraise.
Solution
ZehnerGroup designed and developed a custom platform in a very aggressive timeframe that consists of a charity validation and donation system, cash back rewards, affiliate product aggregation through affiliate programs such as LinkShare and Commission Junction, a store coupon system, a multi-level commission structure for all purchases made, a white-label storefront solution, customization of business storefront branding, and a payout structure to all parties involved.

Through a fast launch and solid custom technology platform, Retail Benefits was up and running for all its business partners. Through a scalable server infrastructure Retail Benefits is able to scale as demand and customer acquisitions increase at an exponential rate. All payout and cash back logic is automatically handled by the platform so Retail Benefits can focus on the core of their business and not have to worry about hands on management of common tasks.
